Gabriel Maisuradze was diagnosed with aplastic anemia in M. Iashvili children's central hospital, when he was just 2 years old. His condition was assessed as heavy.
There was the need of stem cell transplantation. It was decided to have surgery in Rambam Clinic, Israel. From this clinic doctors had visited Georgia and they selected Gabriel among several patients for treatment. Warranty letters for the necessary amount of money for the operation were given from Tbilisi City Hall, Ministry of Healthcare and Solidarity fund. Dimitri Tsintsadze foundation covered travel and housing expenses for child, mother and donor father.
